Personal development and growth can be rapid when we begin to grasp that we are far more than just a physical body and what our 5 senses convey to us.
Did you realise that a blocked chakra can be causing you all sorts of havoc in your life?
Have you even heard of chakra points ?
Chakras are energy centres within our energy body.(You are far more than just a physical body with a mind!)
There are 7 key centres which form your electro-magnetic field known as your aura. Think of this in terms of how bright you burn, effectively your light!
When people are dying we effectively say that their light is going out.
The stronger and brighter each chakra the better able they are to support your energy flow and overall well-being, health and vitality and the greater your electo-magnetic field to tune into other wavelengths and planes of existence beyond the fourth dimension of Earth.
These chakras support emotions, perceptions as well as understanding and consciousness generally as well as keeping our overall health in balance.
So a strong aura can bring insight, intuitive wisdom, psychic vision and telepathy as well as an accelerated self improvement path.
These non visible organs are the colours of the rainbow and each is responsible for a different aspect of our personal development and growth.

Chakra healing is the source of many popular healing techniques such as acupuncture, yoga, tai chi, qi gong and reiki and is centuries old used by shaman in tribal societies to restore healing, clarity and emotional balance.
When we are less than truly who we are this blocks our chakras and over time an emotional , mental or spiritual imbalance may result in physical disease before we begin to acknowledge the root of our pain.
Traditional medicine typically treats a symptom rather than the root of the problem.
Take the 3 minute chakra test here.
We all typically have an active, if imbalanced, root chakra which is red in colour. This chakra centre gives us the ability to experience the basics in life such as the urge to survive, find resources, reproduce, in other words, its related to our security, material and physical needs.
Our second chakra centre is orange in colour and is about our creativity as well as providing us with knowledge of how we affect our world by the way we see and think. Its the emotional centre. An imbalance makes us do the wrong things in the world.
Yellow is the colour of our third centre providing us with the will to move forward and our mental ability and clarity. Imbalances here leads to anxiety and fear of criticism and we experience difficulty in how the world will treat us. Independent and self reliant types typically have a strong yellow chakra.
At the fourth level an active green chakra allows us to reach a deeper and more fundamental understanding of ourselves and of others. We can feel love, compassion and pain and are able to give love to others. From a personal development perspective one of the most important lessons is to learn to love yourself unconditionally and you are then in a position to open that channel to others.
Many people fail to grasp the importance of deserving to be loved and become their own harshest critics which merely serves to keep them stuck in repeating the same old lessons.
Our throat chakra, the fifth point is blue in colour and many people suffer with blockages or a weakness unless we are dealing with an extremely magnetic, charismatic individual. This is our communication focus and very few people speak their entire truth or feel totally able to be their true selves, instead preferring to withhold feelings, misgivings and voicing their fullest expression, manipulating circumstances, keeping secrets to adapt and fit in to the outside world.
Having the courage to stand up for what you believe in in spite of fear of ridicule indicates a strong throat chakra whilst trying to be someone you’re not and living a lie indicates a distinct weakness.
If you’ve ever lost your voice or had a thyroid problem for a prolonged period think back to what else was also going on in your life at the time , its likely, that your true expression was being stifled in some way.
The sixth chakra centre also known as the third eye in the centre of the forehead is indigo in colour . A fully open, active third eye brings spiritual abilities as well as intuition which is way above average. We become able to perceive things from an outside perspective in ways other than our 5 senses and we just have a ‘knowing’ to follow a certain direction.
Blockages in the chakra points often means we make poor decisions based from the fact of living too much in our heads and doing what we think we should as opposed to how we truly feel.
The crown chakra is violet in colour and provides the link to our spirituality, the source, god, our higher self or the Universe dependent upon your belief system. When we have a fully active and glowing crown chakra it typically changes from violet to white light and we totally understand and feel that we are fully connected to all.
So chakra balancing is an important concept for personal development, personal growth ,self discovery and awareness raising. Once we fully activate the sixth chakra point we can access the higher mental faculties of imagination and intuition which open the doors to higher realms bringing clarity, focus and flow.
We begin to appreciate that we are really immortal souls in a physical body.
When we operate from our core self our communication is congruent with our thoughts and a healthy fully functioning heart chakra delivers passionate work and relationships .
A balanced second chakra delivers joy and enthusiasm which when balanced with a strong root chakra brings a sense of security, optimism and stability. We realise we’re on the path to creating the very best version of ourselves where our behaviour falls into complete alignment with our thoughts and our feelings.
We now begin to get the fact that we’re totally unlimited and all the answers lie inside of us.
Burn bright and if you’ve enjoyed this then please share the knowledge with others.
